American favourite Luke Becker saw off a host of European stars to top the podium at the USA Super Prix event in Bakersfield, California on Saturday.
The multi-time FIM North America champion won the final ahead of former Danish champion Rasmus Jensen in second, Great Britain racer Leon Flint in third and Speedway GP star Jason Doyle in fourth.
Becker dropped just one point from seven races at Kevin Harvick’s Kern Raceway in North America’s most star-studded speedway event.
After scoring 14 in the heats, he won semi-final one ahead of Flint, Swedish international Jacob Thorssell and fellow American racer Alex Martin, while Doyle was victorious in semi-final two ahead of Jensen, and US duo Billy Janniro and Brady Landon.
The night belonged to Becker, who will now hope to fight for a spot in the 2027 Speedway GP series, when he returns to Europe in the spring.
