French star Dimitri Berge has extended his contract with Swedish side Indianerna into 2026.
Berge returns to the Kumla club, where he is joined by the likes of former Speedway GP stars Kai Huckenbeck, Oliver Berntzon and Przemyslaw Pawlicki, plus American ace Luke Becker, former SGP3 champion Rasmus Karlsson, Jonatan Grahn and Alfred Aberg.
Berge commented: “I'm really happy to be back. I had a great time this year, and my goal all along was to come back to the Indians in 2026 – nowhere else.”
Boss Peter Johansson added: “Extending Berge's contract was a request from both me and Kai. He is a super good, humble and loyal guy with a very high capacity who will definitely be in the fight for the five regular places.
“His relatively favourable average also makes him a key in several alternative line-ups we want to be able to test during the season.”
