German racer Norick Blodorn has been ruled out of Rowe Motor Oil Premiership side Belle Vue’s Easter plans after suffering injuries in their Knockout Cup clash at home to Sheffield on Monday.
The SON2 world champion clashed with Speedway GP star Jack Holder in heat one, leaving him with “an injury to his left forearm”, as well as feeling “generally bruised and shaken.”
The injuries rule Blodorn out of Aces’ KO Cup return at Sheffield on Thursday, as well as their home-and-away double-header with Leicester in the competition on Easter Monday.
The Aces are hopeful Blodorn will be fit for their Rowe Motor Oil Premiership opener at home to champions Ipswich on April 20.
