ELITSERIEN | PRZYJEMSKI SUFFERS SWEDISH FALL

SGP2 champion Wiktor Przyjemski has been airlifted to hospital after suffering a fall in Swedish champions Lejonen’s Bauhaus Elitserien quarter final, first leg in Hallstavik on Tuesday.

Przyjemski clipped Rospiggarna rider Adam Ellis on the first turn of heat seven and was unable to get clear of the bike.

Due to the proximity of the hospital to the Hallstavik venue, an air ambulance was called to transport him to a medical facility, where he will undergo further checks.

Przyjemski currently holds a four-point lead over Ukrainian star Nazar Parnitskyi going into the Deluxe Homeart FIM SGP2 of Denmark – Vojens on September 12 – the final round of the 2025 FIM Speedway Under-21 World Championship.

In his absence, five-time Speedway GP world champion Bartosz Zmarzlik piled up 14 points for Lejonen as they took a stride closer to the Bauhaus Elitserien play-off semi-finals with a 49-41 triumph away to Rospiggarna.

Zmarzlik was well supported by a 12-point tally from double SGP2 champion Mateusz Cierniak and 11 paid 13 from 2026 Speedway GP qualifier Kacper Woryna. SGP star Dominik Kubera added seven paid 10. Former Speedway GP world champion Artem Laguta racked up 14 points for Rospiggarna, with German racer Kai Huckenbeck collecting eight paid 10.

Elsewhere, 2026 Speedway GP star Leon Madsen raced to 12 points for Smederna as they won 46-44 away to Indianerna. Danish champion Michael Jepsen Jensen added nine paid 11 for the Eskilstuna outfit, with SGP2 star Mathias Pollestad scoring seven.

New Polish champion Patryk Dudek and American racer Luke Becker bagged 11 paid 12 points apiece for the Indians, with former Speedway GP rider Szymon Wozniak notching nine paid 11.

The evening’s other quarter final between Dackarna and Vastervik in Malilla was abandoned after three heats due to rain, with the hosts leading 11-7. The match will be restarted on Wednesday, August 20.

All three return legs take place on August 26, with the matches being added to a new league table HERE. The highest-placed four sides will line-up in the Bauhaus Elitserien play-off semi-finals in September.
