KUBERA ON ROAD TO RECOVERY

Polish racer Dominik Kubera insists he’s striving for a racing return as he continues his recovery from collarbone surgery.

Kubera suffered a broken collarbone when he crashed out of his Swedish club Lejonen’s meeting in Motala on May 26.

The injury forced him out of the ATPI FIM Speedway GP of Great Britain – Manchester double-header last weekend.

But posting on his social media channels, Kubera insists he’s doing everything possible to make a rapid return.

He wrote: “Rehabilitation is ongoing, and I am doing everything I can to get back on track as soon as possible. Every day is another step forward. Thank you for all the messages and words of support. Hope to see you guys again soon!”

Next up on the SGP calendar is the DEWALT FIM Speedway GP of Poland – Wroclaw on June 20 – the first Polish round of 2026 and the 300th Speedway GP event since the series’ launch at the Olympic Stadium on May 20, 1995.
