Former SGP2 champion Wiktor Przyjemski has sealed a switch to Swedish side Vargarna for 2026.
Przyjemski makes the move from Lejonen, where his 2025 season was marred by a broken ankle. Despite this injury, Przyjemski still won the SGP2 silver medal – following up his gold in 2024.
The Pole will also compete for boyhood club Bydgoszcz, where he will lead the Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga team’s fight for PGE Ekstraliga promotion.
Elsewhere, his former SGP2 rival Casper Henriksson has extended his stay with his boyhood club Lejonen into 2026.
Team manager Anders Frojd commented: “I am very happy that Casper is continuing in Lejonen. He means a lot to the club and to the locals. This is noticeable both when talking to fans and sponsors.
“Casper had a steady upward development curve during the first five seasons he raced as a junior. But during the last season he lowered his average. This is because in 2025 he mostly rode as a regular in the top five – previously he was a reserve. Today it is much tougher to ride in the top five in the Bauhaus league than as a reserve.
“He missed a few matches due to injury and sometimes had problems with his starts. But I think Casper will get a new spark next year. He will have access to engines that one of the world's best tuners, Ashley Holloway, has prepared.
“Casper has also changed Polish mechanics. In addition, he has changed clubs in Poland from Gniezno to Gdansk. This means that it will be easier for him with the logistics in Poland. I think Casper will be a rocket in 2026!”
