SGP2 champion Wiktor Przyjemski has returned to Poland following his crash in Sweden on Tuesday.
Przyjemski was airlifted to a Swedish hospital following a first-bend fall in heat seven of Bauhaus Elitserien champions Lejonen’s play-off quarter final away to Hallstavik club Rospiggarna.
His PGE Ekstraliga club Lublin confirmed Przyjemski has already been transferred to a Polish medical facility for further assessment.
A club statement on Facebook confirmed: “We would like to inform you that after yesterday's fall on the track in Sweden, Wiktor Przyjemski is already on his way to Poland.
“Consultations and detailed medical examinations will be conducted on site, which will allow us to assess the health condition of our rider. We will inform you about the results of the tests and further decisions in the coming days.
"We wish Wiktor a lot of strength and a quick return to full health!”
Przyjemski holds a four-point lead at the top of the 2025 FIM Speedway Under-21 World Championship going into the final round of the series – the Deluxe Homeart FIM SGP2 of Denmark – Vojens on September 12.
