Britain’s former SGP3 star Cooper Rushen makes his professional racing debut when he lines up in Leszno’s Alfred Smoczyk Memorial meeting on his 16th birthday on March 29.
Rushen is set for a big debut year in the sport’s professional leagues after signing for King’s Lynn in the British Premiership and the Poole Pirates in the British Championship.
But his first test against the sport’s professional stars will come at his Polish club Leszno, where he lines up in their big season opener at Alfred Smoczyk Stadium.
Rushen will come up against the likes of Speedway GP star Fredrik Lindgren, SGP2 champion Nazar Parnitskyi, former SGP winner Janusz Kolodziej, former World Under-21 champion Bartosz Smektala, plus Ben Cook, Ryan Douglas, Vadim Tarasenko, Grzegorz Zengota, Bartlomiej Kowalski and Nicolai Klindt.
