Polish champions Torun have agreed contract extensions with PGE Ekstraliga title-winning heroes Patryk Dudek, Robert Lambert and Emil Sayfutdinov, with all three riders penning deals until the end of 2027.
Torun also made a stellar addition to their 2026 side after signing Germany’s SON2 gold medallist Norick Blodorn as their under-24 star.
Team captain Lambert, Dudek and Sayfutdinov all confirmed the news in a video on the club’s social media accounts on Thursday evening.
The news comes just a week and a half after they joined forces to win the club’s first PGE Ekstraliga gold medal since 2008 – ending Lublin’s three-year grip on the trophy.
Meanwhile, Blodorn sent a separate video message announcing his arrival – less than a week after he powered Germany to the nation’s first FIM Speedway world team title at any level in FIM Speedway of Nations – SON2 at Torun’s Marian Rose Motoarena last Friday.
A delighted Blodorn said: “I am super, super happy to join Torun for the 2026 season. I am coming to the reigning champions, and it doesn’t get much better than that. It’s a childhood dream coming true for me. It will be unbelievable.
“I’m looking forward to having some enjoyable moments with you and hopefully some success as well. See you next year. I can’t wait for it.”
