WOFFINDEN BACK ON TRACK DOWN UNDER

Triple Speedway GP world champion Tai Woffinden stepped up his preparations for 2026 as he got sideways in Western Australia on Tuesday.

Woffinden’s 2025 season was ended before it started after he was airlifted to hospital with multiple injuries in Poland last March.

The Scunthorpe-born racer was handed the ultimate incentive in his recovery bid after receiving a permanent wild card for this year’s Speedway GP series.

Having recently shared videos of him lifting weights and riding some motocross, Woffinden uploaded footage of him taking some practice laps HERE in Western Australia, where he grew up and spends the European off-season.

Woffinden will soon jet to Europe, where he will race for Polish club Ostrow in Poland’s Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga, as well as FIM Speedway GP of Sweden – Malilla host team Dackarna.
