Slovenian star Matej Zagar has signed a Warsaw contract with PGE Ekstraliga side Czestochowa as he seeks a Polish club for 2026.
A Warsaw contract doesn't necessarily mean the rider will compete for the club, but it opens the door for them to continue searching for a team place in the coming months across the Polish leagues.
He spent the 2025 season with Metalkas 2. Ekstraliga team Lodz, where averaged 1.814 points per race, finishing 20th in the Polish second tier’s average charts.
